Hi everyone! It's Friday again already! This weeks question is:

What is the longest book you've read? What are your favourite 600+ page reads?

Well, according to my Goodreads stats, the longest book I've read is The Host by Stephenie Meyer which was 619 pages. Also on the list are Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (607), Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (607), and Monsters of Men (603). The longest book I've read so far this year is Clockwork Prince which was 598 pages long.

My favourite 600+ read would have to be Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! I loved all the HP books and just typing about them now makes me want to go back and re-read them all!

I'm not very good with long books as often they don't have enough happening in them to warrant being so long! I tried very hard to read Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell which was 519 pages but I found it incredibly boring!

Friday again already? The week flew! Hello again everybody.

This weeks question is:

Q: What book would you love to see made into a movie or television show and do you have actors/actresses in mind to play the main characters?

My answer:
The first book that came to mind was Susan Ee's Angelfall. I think it would be an amazing movie. So much action, tension and suspense. I think some parts of it would be hard to watch but I guess that's the fun of it! As for actors/actressses, no idea! I'm not a big movie person so don't know many besides the obvious ones. Perhaps someone else has some ideas?

And if you haven't read Angelfall, what the hell are you waiting for?! ;)

The place where I most love to read (terrible photo quality, I know!) :

This is, obviously, my bed. And there's a library book and my Kindle! I read here most often because it's the most comfortable place and because I do most of my reading at night! How about you?

This week's question: What book genre do you avoid at all costs and why?

My answer: For me, this depends on the age group. There are no Young Adult genres that I won't try and can find something I like in any of them. I am much pickier with Adult books and don't often read historical romances, nonfiction or epic fantasies. I just don't have the patience for them a lot of the time! I only tend to read 'mainstream' Adult books such as The Help, whereas I will read pretty much any YA novel.

This week's question:

The New Year is here -- and everyone wants to know your New Years Blogging Resolution! What are you going to try to revise, revamp and redo for 2012 on your blog?

• Design! I really need to work on the look of my blog. I like the way it is at the moment but I'd just like to get a nicer header and make the whole thing look a bit more inviting.
• I need to look into hosting giveaways, guest posts, author interviews- that sort of thing! Just some fun stuff.
• Not strictly blog-related but I am definitely going to be more picky about books in 2012. I read far too many mediocre not-my-thing books in 2011 and it's a real downer. Now that I have a Kindle I can sample every book before buying so hopefully I won't buy any more books that I'm not going to like. 
• Network my blog more and comment on other people's posts a lot more!

Whew, I better get started, ha!

If you had to spend eternity inside the pages of a book which book would you choose and why?

Ooh, Morganville Vampires! Lots of scary times but so many cool, hilarious and downright lovely characters to make up for that! My second choice would be Pride and Prejudice.
