Hi everyone! Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea and is a way of showing everybody the books you got during the week.
|
Some wonderful ebooks:
- My Soul to Steal by Rachel Vincent (need to read the rest of the series first!)
- All These Things I've Done by Gabrielle Zevin
- The Future of Us by Jay Asher and Carolyn Mackler (reviewed here)
- Amy and Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson
- Ashes by Ilsa J. Bick
- Wake by Lisa McMann (couldn't finish it... found it boring.)
- Legions and Cataclysm by Karice Bolton (Blog tour)
- The Jelly Bean Crisis by Jolene Stockman (Please stop by here on Monday for the cover reveal for this book! For now, you can add it on Goodreads!)
- My Blood Approves by Amanda Hocking (booklending.com)
- Accordance by Shelly Crane (booklending.com)
- The Forever Girl by Rebecca Hamilton (booklending.com)
I'm sure there are some more books but I hate when these posts get ridiculously long so I'll put some of them over into next week's post! Hope you all got brilliant books this week and please leave a link to your post below- whether you're doing IMM or have switched to something else. I don't care- I just want to see your awesome books! :)
- Glitch by Heather Anastasiu (Netgalley)
- Dissolve by Andrea Heltsley (review copy from author)
- Gifts of the Blood by Vicki Keire (booklending.com)
Happy reading and be sure to take my ''meme poll'' over on the right hand side. I want know what my readers actually want to see on here!
All these books look amazing! I hope you enjoy them :)
ReplyDeleteI'm very curious about Glitch and Amy and Rogers Epic Detour, I'd love to know what you think of it.
I don't really have any books to be linking up with, which I guess worked out for me timing-wise so I can think about what to do. I have heard about a few new memes starting up. But I'm thinking about joining in with Mailbox Mondays instead.
ReplyDeleteNice haul!
ReplyDeleteI just put in a request for Glitch, so I'm crossing my fingers that happens.
I've wanted to read Ashes for some time, I have heard really good things about it.
Enjoy your reads!
Aww. Too bad Wake didn't work out so well for you but I hope you'll enjoy the rest of your haul this week!
ReplyDeleteLots of good titles here this week! Glitch sounds like a great read!

ReplyDeleteAwesome haul. I love the covers for the Watchers Trilogy. I love the Soul Screamers series. I only read My Soul to Steal and Until I Die recently. Both awesome. I have Glitch too, I'm looking forward to that one.
ReplyDeleteMy Stacking the Shelves post
Hi there!
ReplyDeleteI have been following your blog for a little while now, and I am astonished about the volume of books you manage to get through, and then the in-depth reveiws you provide... (I am lucky to have time to read one in a month just lately!)I am quite interested in The Watchers Trilogy, that seems to stand out, and also The Jelly Bean Crisis?! Sounds cool, will be watching for the cover reveiw.
I don't normally ask this but could you (or anyone for that matter!) take a look at my most recent post? It has a (very) short piece of writing based on a dream (well... more of a nightmare)I had. Being an aspiring author it would be uber-helpful if I could have some genuine feedback. I'm not just fishing for the good, I would appreciate an honest feeling about it. If you rather not, then that is also respected. :)
I'm very nervous about sharing my writing. But I figured that attitude won't really work if I am going to get real about this writing dream! What's the point in writing if I have no-one to reach with it?!

Thank You!

I hope you enjoy your books! I got Wake by Lisa McMann last week at a library book sale and can't wait to read it! Everyone was telling me good things about it!
